In the photo at the top of the page, you will see a bathroom that was re-tiled with a gray marble look, subway tile. The homeowner chose oil rubbed bronze fixtures and Revere Pewter for the paint color. Originally, the latrine was located on the wall under the window. It was moved to the wall opposite of the tub in the area that used to be the master closet. It is now much easier to access the tub.
In the second picture, you can see what is now a huge, walk in master closet. This area was a formal living room that did not get any use. A new opening was made to join the master bathroom and living room. The original doorway, to the left of the window seat, was closed off. Shelving and closet rods were installed by the Closet Factory. This closet even as enough room to add a center island with storage drawers underneath.
